The Wolf Pack men’s basketball team has added another player to their roster with the transfer of guard Tayshawn Comer from Evansville. Comer, a 6’1″ guard from Indianapolis, had an impressive junior season with the Purple Aces, averaging 16.2 points, 4.1 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game. He previously played two seasons at Eastern Kentucky before transferring to Evansville.
This announcement comes on the heels of the team securing commitments from junior college transfer Vaughn Weems and coaches Kyle Guy and Lo Heath. The team also recently welcomed Fresno State transfer Elijah Price.
Comer’s commitment was first reported by Dushawn London of 247 Sports, adding depth and talent to the Wolf Pack’s lineup. With an already busy offseason, Nevada looks to be building a strong team for the upcoming season. Stay tuned for more updates as the team continues to make moves in preparation for the upcoming season.
