After struggling early on, the Pack found their momentum in the fourth inning, with Haylee Engelbrecht delivering a crucial two-run single to put Nevada in the lead. Pitcher Tess Bumiller put on a stellar performance, striking out seven and limiting the Spartans to just two hits in the final innings. Aaliyah Jenkins and Hannah Di Genova also played key roles in the Pack’s win, with Jenkins extending her on-base streak to 15 games and Di Genova contributing with a sacrifice bunt and a crucial walk. The win marked Nevada’s 31st of the season, tying for the seventh most wins in program history.
