Toll Brothers, the leading luxury homebuilder in the US, has announced the opening of Quilici, a high-end housing community in Reno, Nevada, in fall 2025. The community will offer single-family homes ranging from 2,400 to 4,800 square feet with a variety of architectural styles to choose from. Future residents will have access to outdoor activities and customization options through the Toll Brothers Design Studio.
Located in the Verdi foothills near the California-Nevada border, Quilici provides a peaceful setting while still being close to city amenities. With its proximity to outdoor activities like skiing, golfing, and hiking, as well as easy access to Reno’s shopping and dining scene, Quilici offers a unique blend of nature and urban living.
Donna O’Connell, Division President of Toll Brothers in Reno, expressed excitement for the new community, stating that Quilici will set a new standard for luxury living in Reno.
