Crestview Exploration Completes Acquisition of Cimarron Project in Tonapah, Nevada and Partners with Acme Lithium for Sale and Joint Venture Agreement

Crestview Exploration Inc., a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, has announced the acquisition of the Cimarron gold project in Nevada. The project includes 31 unpatented lode mining claims, with Crestview acquiring a 100% interest in the property, subject to a 2.5% net smelter royalty to Nevada Select Royalty. The Cimarron project is located in the San Antonio Mountains and is part of the Walker-Lane trend, known for hosting several prominent gold mines.

In addition to acquiring the property, Crestview has entered into a joint venture agreement with ACME Lithium Inc., where ACME will acquire a 90% interest in the Cimarron project. The agreement includes cash payments and common shares to Crestview, with ACME taking operational control of the project.

Crestview’s CEO, Chris Wensley, expressed excitement about the partnership with ACME and highlighted the company’s focus on advancing their Rock Creek property in Nevada. The Cimarron project represents a significant opportunity for both Crestview and ACME to explore and develop potential high-grade gold deposits in the region.
