A Los Angeles model named Brianna Stern has filed a lawsuit against online influencer Andrew Tate, accusing him of sexual assault and battery. Stern claims that during a recent violent sexual encounter with Tate, she feared for her life, alleging that he choked and beat her repeatedly. She also says she received threats after coming forward about her relationship with Tate. Tate’s lawyer has denied the allegations, calling them unfounded.
Stern met Tate and his brother when they invited her to Romania for photoshoots related to their cryptocurrency meme coin. Despite previous allegations of sexual misconduct and other crimes against the Tate brothers, Stern was initially unaware of the negative media coverage about Tate. She claims that Tate’s behavior became increasingly aggressive over time, leading to the violent encounter in Beverly Hills.
Stern has filed a police report, sought a restraining order, and is pursuing legal action against Tate. The lawsuit includes text messages allegedly sent by Tate threatening her, although their authenticity has not been independently verified. Tate and his brother recently left the U.S. for Romania, where they are facing legal challenges. The brothers have denied all allegations against them and claim they are being targeted unjustly.
Stern hopes that by sharing her story, she can encourage other women to speak out against abuse and seek help. She urges women to find their voice, walk away from toxic situations, and be strong. Resources such as the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline run by RAINN are available for individuals who have experienced sexual assault and need support.
