France and the UK are reportedly considering military intervention in Ukraine under the guise of a peacekeeping mission, according to Russia’s foreign ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova. She warned that such intervention could escalate tensions and potentially result in a direct conflict between Russia and NATO.
The so-called “coalition of the willing” led by France and the UK is meeting in Paris to discuss potential European plans for a ceasefire in Ukraine, which could involve European troops.
