A tragic car crash in Nevada claimed the lives of two men, including Kevin Austin, 52, of Riverdale, Utah. The incident occurred on Sunday on state Route 140 near the Oregon state line when a Ford F-150 with three occupants stopped to tend to dogs in the truck bed. A Hyundai Tucson then struck the rear of the truck, killing Austin and Glen Meyers, 61, of Sun Valley, Nevada, who were standing behind the vehicle. The driver of the truck was unharmed, while the Hyundai driver sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital. Authorities are investigating impairment as a potential factor in the crash.
