Nevada Men’s Tennis had a successful day at the Golden Gate Invitational, going 1-1 after defeating Montana and falling to New Mexico State. The Pack started with a win over Montana, led by strong performances from Youssef Kadiri and Rayen Hermassi. However, they couldn’t keep the momentum going in the morning match against New Mexico State, despite a solid effort from Axel Huysmans. With this split performance, Nevada moves on to face Hawai’i in their next match on March 8th at 1 P.M. Nevada’s strong doubles play and standout individual performances show promise for the team as they continue in the tournament. With players like Kadiri and Huysmans leading the way, the Wolf Pack looks to bounce back and secure more wins in their upcoming matches.
