Trump was charged with mishandling classified material after leaving office, but the case was dismissed by a Florida judge nominated by Trump. Trump referenced a report by former special counsel Robert Hur, who said Biden had a poor memory. Trump also recently revoked security clearances of 50 former intelligence officials, a move that legal experts found unprecedented.
