The Tacoma Russian Center Adventist Church hosted Gospel Goes Digital, an event focused on utilizing digital media to enhance spiritual lives and share the gospel. Led by Pastor Vitalii Glavatskyi, the program emphasized the importance of using technology to fulfill the divine commission of spreading God’s message. The evening featured speakers such as Ruslan Spitsyn, Andrei Melniciuc, and Victor Melniciuc, who discussed the significance of balancing faith and technology, the relatability of digital media in sharing the gospel, and the science behind UX design in digital platforms.
A panel discussion involving industry professionals like Zach Fay, Jeff Evans, Dr. Heals, and Heidi Baumgartner explored topics including building authentic relationships online and addressing the challenges of faith in the digital age. The event also recognized Load the Ark team for their award-winning interactive design work.
Attendees left the event inspired to use digital tools purposefully in spreading the gospel, acknowledging that while the gospel is timeless, the methods of sharing it can evolve to reach more modern audiences.
