Multiple people were injured in Philadelphia when a vehicle drove into a crowd following the Eagles’ victory over the Washington Commanders. The incident occurred at an intersection along Broad Street where fans typically gather to celebrate big wins. It is unclear how many people were struck or hospitalized, but video footage shows emergency personnel tending to the injured. Police have a driver in custody, and at this time, it appears the incident was accidental. Streets near Broad Street were closed for post-game celebrations, but the incident took place outside of those closures. The Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl on Feb. 9.
