Eminent Gold Corp. Launches Inaugural Drilling Program at Hot Springs Range Project
Vancouver, British Columbia – Nov. 18, 2024 – Eminent Gold Corp. (TSX-V: EMNT) (OTCQB: EMGDF) has announced the beginning of its first core drilling program at the Otis Target Area of its Hot Springs Range Project (HSRP) in northern Humboldt County, Nevada. This initial phase, named "Phase 1," will extend over 1,000 meters using a single drill rig, strategically targeting a potential parallel structure to the renowned Getchell Trend.
Paul Sun, the Company’s President and CEO, emphasized the significance of the Hot Springs project, suggesting it has the potential to uncover a substantial gold-bearing system analogous to the nearby Getchell Trend, known for its impressive gold endowment. Sun stated, “We have diligently developed strong geological concepts and are now poised to maximize shareholder returns amid a burgeoning gold market.”
The maiden drilling initiative aims to investigate a promising geological framework identified through previous geochemical studies and CSAMT analysis. The Otis Target, located a mere 15 km from the prolific Turquoise Ridge Deposit, represents one of three key exploration targets at HSRP, alongside Sitka and Eden.
Drill Hole HSRP-C001, anticipated to intersect the Eden Valley fault zone, will be strategically positioned to probe deep-seated gold-bearing fluids in favorable host rock. The company’s Chief Geologist, Dan McCoy, expressed optimism over the project’s potential, citing encouraging surface exploration results revealing gold concentrations up to 2.8 g/t.
Eminent Gold Corp. remains committed to exploring Nevada’s rich gold deposits, with plans to develop a series of high-quality exploration projects as gold prices are expected to rise. The Company encourages stakeholders to follow developments closely as they undertake this exciting journey in gold exploration.
