Nevada Sports Network (NSN) is featuring a Nevada athlete every Wednesday during the Wolf Pack athletic season in its “Five Questions” series as seen on Wolf Pack All Access. This week’s featured athlete is Tori Davis, a senior on the women’s basketball team. In her third season at Nevada, Davis has played 54 games and averages 8.7 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. She is shooting 39 percent from the field, 40 percent from three-point range, and 78.3 percent from the free-throw line.
Originally from Chicago, Davis played high school basketball in Chandler, Arizona, before playing two seasons at Hampton University. She transferred to Nevada in 2022-23 and has become one of the Wolf Pack’s top players. Known as a pit bull point guard, Davis has accumulated 79 steals and made 58 three-pointers at a 40 percent rate. She is considered the heart of the Pack and decided to return for a fifth college season due to the impact of COVID-19 on the 2020-21 campaign. Last season, Davis ranked fourth on the team in scoring as Nevada’s top-seven scorers returned for this season.
Fans can watch Tori Davis’ “Five Questions” feature on NSN’s Wolf Pack All Access to learn more about this talented athlete and her journey with the Nevada women’s basketball team.
