Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Fresh Hop IPA Makes a Comeback in 2024 Alongside North Carolina Recovery Aid • thefullpint.com

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has officially launched the 2024 release of Celebration Fresh Hop IPA, a fan-favorite beer that celebrates the hop harvest season. The beer is all about showcasing the intensely aromatic and flavorful characteristics of freshly harvested hops and is available from mid-October through December, or while supplies last.

Brewed since 1981, Celebration Fresh Hop IPA is known for its hop-forward flavors and aromas balanced with a slight sweetness of caramel malt. It has an ABV of 6.8% and 65 IBUs. The beer is available in 6- and 12-packs of 12-ounce cans and limited availability of 12-pack bottles in select markets.

In addition to the launch of Celebration Fresh Hop IPA, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. has announced support for the recovery of the craft beer industry in Western North Carolina following Hurricane Helene. The company will donate $1 of every barrel brewed of Celebration Fresh Hop IPA to the newly formed NC Craft Brewers Foundation, dedicated to the growth and resilience of the region’s craft brewing community. The brewery is also supporting immediate community food needs through contributions to MANNA FoodBank and Food Connection.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. encourages wholesaler and retailer partners to contribute to the recovery efforts in Western North Carolina. The company’s Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer, Mandi McKay, emphasized the importance of community support following a disaster and expressed appreciation for being able to contribute to the region’s recovery efforts after Hurricane Helene.
