Dee Ann Warner, a Michigan woman who went missing in 2021, has been identified after her remains were discovered on her husband’s property. The death has been ruled a homicide, although the manner of death has not been disclosed pending further investigation. Dee Warner, 52, had five children and was reported missing by her adult children. Her husband, Dale Warner, has been charged with open murder and tampering but has denied the charges. Authorities confirmed that the remains found were positively identified as Dee Warner by the Jackson County Medical Examiner. The discovery of her remains comes three years after she went missing and days after they were found on her husband’s property in Tipton, Lenawee County. According to Lenawee County Sheriff Troy Bevier, the night she disappeared, there was a business dispute involving Dee Warner, her husband, and one or two of her employees. The investigation into her death and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance continue as authorities work to determine what happened to Dee Warner.
