Echargui’s Olympic debut now set for Sunday

Nevada alumnus Moez Echargui is set to make his Olympic debut at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris. The debut was postponed from Saturday to Sunday due to rain at the Stade Roland Garros. Inclement weather in Paris forced the cancellation of all outdoor tennis matches on the first day of the Games. As a result, all matches have been rescheduled for Sunday.
 
Echargui, representing Tunisia, will face off against Dan Evans of Great Britain in the second scheduled match on Court 10. The match is set for 3 a.m. PT, with full coverage available on Peacock. Limited coverage will also be available on NBC’s network of channels.
