Retired Air Force veteran Larry Utter of Henderson, Nevada, had his home vandalized over a dozen times in the past six months. The perpetrator covered his property in white paint, rocks, and even human feces. Trash was also set on fire in his driveway. Utter was shocked and frustrated by these repeated attacks, especially since he had never met the suspect, Keith Duane Murrey, who was arrested by Henderson Police and now faces 17 charges.
Despite the distressing situation, Utter was moved by the support and kindness of his neighbors and the local community. A local company offered to power wash his driveway, and officers from the Henderson Police Department volunteered to paint and repair his home at no cost.
