Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit in which his son, Christian Combs, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman on a yacht chartered by the music mogul. The lawsuit, filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, alleges that Christian assaulted her in late December 2022 in a “hedonistic environment” that turned a supposed family excursion into a disturbing experience. Christian is accused of sexual assault, harassment, and emotional distress, while Sean Combs is named in the lawsuit for premises liability and aiding and abetting his son.
O’Marcaigh claims that Christian forcibly tried to engage in sexual acts with her after pressuring her to consume alcohol that she believes was spiked. The suit includes audio clips that allegedly capture her denying his advances. O’Marcaigh also witnessed drug use and partying involving suspected sex workers and celebrities during her time working on the yacht.
The alleged assault had severe consequences on O’Marcaigh’s mental and physical health, leading to anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts. She is seeking unspecified damages for the trauma she experienced. Christian Combs has not commented on the lawsuit, and Sean Combs has denied all recent allegations against him.
This latest lawsuit is part of a wave of legal actions against Sean Combs, including allegations of sexual assault, trafficking, and criminal activities. Federal authorities have been investigating Combs, with a search of his properties revealing guns and leading to further inquiries into allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and other illegal activities.
